Congratulations to the GRC Marching Band on finishing 1st Place in Class A and earning a Superior Rating at the Middle Tennessee State University Contest of Champions Saturday in Murfreesboro.

The KMEA State Marching Band Championships will be held Saturday, Oct. 30, with Class 5A semis taking place at GRC all day and the finals held at UK Kroger Field in the evening.

(Note: GRC marches in Class 5A in the Kentucky Music Educators Association competitions. MTSU classes bands differently.)
