Biomed students earn white coats in ceremony Oct. 20

The White Coat ceremony honors the students in the Biomedical Science pathway for their hard work and dedication to the science and medical field.

Biomedical Science students have spent four years learning new information, conducting experiments and innovating solutions to pressing issues in the science and medical field.

These students have been successful in understanding and applying complex topics in biomedical science over the last four years.

The lab coats are a way to acknowledge students for all of their hard work and dedication to the pathway.

Students usually receive their coats in the fall of their junior year but the students honored Oct. 20 are in their senior year due to Covid restrictions last fall.

“They have been great sports about the delay in their ceremony,” said teacher Miranda Cord.

Honored students are listed in the program below.
