Cheerleaders earn bid to nationals
Our Varsity Cheerleaders are Nationals Bound!
The girls finished second at UCA Regionals on Nov. 19, beating all other Kentucky teams and earning a bid to the national competition.
“When they were calling awards as they went down the list, it became more and more real,” said Coach Jerrica Whitaker. “The girls were all crying with excitement and just beyond proud of themselves. It was amazing to watch them realize how good they are and what all they have accomplished!”
UCA Nationals are Feb. 10-12 at the Walt Disney World Resort.
