Jill Angelucci, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Angelucci is in her 17th year of education. She was a high school math teacher for 10 years in both Chicago and Lexington, and a middle school math teacher for two years before joining GRC in 2017 as the Curriculum Coach. She served in that role for two years before becoming an Assistant Principal in 2019.

Mrs. Angelucci and her husband, Dave, have three daughters: Paige (7), Leah (4), and Sophie (4 months), and a dog named Pete.

Something she looks forward to every day as a principal:

I look forward to just being with the students and staff at GRC everyday! We have the best students with the best ideas and the most passionate staff. It is an honor to be able to work here everyday.

Her favorite part of the job:

My favorite part of being an Assistant Principal is when students bring me ideas that we can make happen. I love when students are empowered to make positive change in their school community!

Her favorite memory on the job:

My favorite experience as a principal had to be opening day for staff and the first day of school for students this year.  There was such excitement and a genuine positive buzz in the air for those two days. It re-energized me and made me even more excited for this school year than I already was!
